Zone no. 6 reopens – the best tiger sighting zone (Kundal area) in Ranthambhore

It is great news for the wild life lovers and the regular tourists that Kundal area that is known zone no. 6 was reopened yesterday. It is the best tiger sighting spot in Ranthambhore after zone no. 2. Most of wild life lovers love to visit this zone during their safari trip. It is also best sighting zone for rare sighting such as the leopards and the sloth bears after tigers.

This zone was closed for tourists on date 1^st January 2018 for providing the treatment of male cub of T-8. On date 31 December 2017, the cub was sighted in water point in the evening safari, and it was sitting in the water for long time. It was so quiet and not in good condition. Immediately, whole incident was reported to a forest guard at check post by the nature guides. Later, the forest patrolling team reached in zone no.6. After the observation by the forest patrolling team, they decided to take the cub under the observation. Therefore, zone no. 6 was closed for the tourists to avoid human disturbance.

It is the best tiger sighting zone where you can see the best father of Ranthambhore as Kumbha aka T-34 and T-8 aka Ladali with her two cubs. Ladali is also known as mother of Kundal area. No doubt, it's great news with big cheers!
