Ranthambhore: Within 3 months, it is the third chance to celebrate great news amongst all the wild life lovers and the forest department as well. Aditya Singh, wild life photographer spotted Tigress, T39 along with two her cubs at Kisni-Deh yesterday morning drive in Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve. Even though, he was not able to click them by camera. But, no doubt, it is a great achievement to see them first time.

Wild life experts already presumed that tigress, “Noor” had given her second litter a few weeks ago due to her physique. Therefore, everyone was eager to know of it. That’s why, we were all waiting for it impatiently but yesterday ended it when Adiya Singh had got a glimpse of two cubs while they were moving at rock in zone 2.

This great news was also confirmed by Mr. Sudarshan Sharma, the Deputy Conservator of Forests Ranthambhore in news paper. He also confirmed that new born cubs should be around 3-4 months of age. Usually Tigress, T39 has shared her territory with dominant Tiger T24. Therefore, Tiger T24 should be their father.

It is the second litter of T39. Earlier also in 2012, T39 had given birth to one male cub namely Sultan (T72) who was first sighted by nature guide, Pankaj Mittal in zone 1.

This year, on date 23 March, 3 cubs of Tigress, T19 were sighted by nature guide Ram Singh Meena in zone 3. Later on, forest guards reported seeing two cubs of T30 or Husn Aara on date 3April and yesterday Tiger, T39 sighted with her two cubs. All most three months, it is third great news from Ranthambhore … no doubt, it is big achievement   !!!!!

Tiger population in the Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve in this park goes up with two new born cubs sighted in the reserve. With this, the tiger population in the reserve might touch up the mark of 63 including two new cubs.
